Suggested contacts when sending photos

When selecting a photo to share, my phone shows suggested contacts as well as the app to contact them on (WhatsApp, messenger, Instagram etc). How recent would an interaction with a person be for them to show as the first suggested contact? Would they show up as the first person if my last interaction was almost one month ago?

Is it possible to limit name and photo sharing to certain contacts on the Messages app? I have recently started sharing my name and picture with some of my contacts. Shared contact photo visibility after deleting number? I was just wondering, will someone still be able to see my shared contact photo/ poster if I delete there number from my phone?
