How do I keep the screen on in Power saving mode, I don't want to automatically lock out the screen for two minutes in power saving mode.I just want to use the power saving mode to reduce performance and save power, but I still want to use the screen all the time, and I hope you can give users more choice.
Not possible. iPad auto-lock will be fixed at two minutes - and the iPad will turn off the screen when inactive for two minutes - if you have enabled Low Power mode:
Settings > Battery > Low Power Mode
If you have an iPad with FaceID - and you have enabled the Attention Aware feature - the iPad screen will remain turned-on for as long as you are paying attention to the iPad screen.
Settings > FaceID & Passcode > [Attention] Attention Aware Features - set to ON
Apple does invite submission of comments and feature requests via its Product Feedback portal. If you would like to see additional flexibility in function of Low Power mode in a future version of iPadOS, this would be the most appropriate channel through which to make a request:
