How do I complete an iCloud backup for my phone from my iPad without having physical access to my phone?

My phone was stolen and the last iPhone backup was completed in early 2022. My iPad and phone share the same apple ID and I was wondering if there is anyway that I can perform a backup (specifically for my photos on my phone) from my iPad so that I can access my phone's photos from iCloud?
