Depth effect and live wallpaper not working on iPad Air 4 with iPad OS 17

Hi, I've been bothered by this issue for quite a while now, I've updated my OS to the latest version currently which iPad OS 17.0.3 and i still cant use the live effect and depth effect on my iPad Air 4s wallpaper I’ve searched around and just cant seem to find the solution
