When did you purchase your iPhone 15 Pro Max? If you purchased it from the Apple Store, then you have 14 days to return your iPhone for a full refund. If more than 14 days have elapsed, then you cannot return / exchange your iPhone.

That is awful to give you only 14 days, most problems don't start until a month later. They should give you 90 days like Target and Walmart.
