When did you purchase your iPhone 15 Pro Max? If you purchased it from the Apple Store, then you have 14 days to return your iPhone for a full refund. If more than 14 days have elapsed, then you cannot return / exchange your iPhone.

I recommend that you contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and evaluation.

I just bought my new iphone on 20-10 in last month from the day one i facing a issue in my iphone itbis getting restart while using then i complaint to apple they said u have to send phone to us then after one day of reciving the phone they emailing me and said we need some part change in your iPhone so thats why am very about is so help me to get my phone replaced
