My iphone often starts an audio message when typing a text.

My iPhone regularly starts an audio message when Im typing a text message in imessage. I have deleted the audio message app in my + options on the interface so I don’t understand why its doing it. There are no physical buttons that can start it to begin with. Is it a glitch? It drives me crazy please help!

im using the most recent update for ios 17.
