iPhone 8 Full screen not visible

Bottom of screen not visible. I am trying to enter a Password and Confirmation Password for newly installed App (Reolink) but confirmation button is not visible

iPad is acting strange So my iPad I bought not to long ago (a month, probably less then that). And to get into anything I have to double tap to type in my password once a number is highlighted. Can’t swipe to the other screen.
