Synced Content Storage Management
My synced content storage is over 35 GB. I'm not understanding how this can be managed. I'm running out of storage.

Go to Settings> your name (Apple ID)> iCloud>Manage account storage and delete what you think it’s useless, you can also save your photos on an external drive to free some space
