Per the tech specs: iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max are splash, water, and dust resistant and were tested under controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP68 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 6 meters up to 30 minutes). Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions. Resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.

I didn’t know this
These models are resistant to accidental spills from common liquids, such as soda, beer, coffee, tea, and juice:
that’s great

According to Apple ‘s specs:
“Rated IP68 (maximum depth of 6 metres up to 30 minutes) under IEC standard 60529.” Based on that the conversion would be 19 ft 8.22 in.
Do you mean that Apple will replace the phone without cost or I have to pay for a new phone and also how do I know if it’s damaged?
It dropped into a bucket of water for about 2 seconds and I quickly took in out shut it down and put it in rice for about 2 hours
No, the depth is 1.5 meters which is about 5 feet, not 19.
That still does not guarantee it being g water resistant. The resistance decreases with use
Doesn't matter if Apple Service determines that the phone has been damaged by water. Been there, done that.
If you claim the iPhone is rated IP68 can't be any water damage in a bucket for a few minutes in fresh water
Yes but IP68 is 19 feet for 30 mins it can’t cover just 2 drops of water
As I said, you obviously don't understand how those ratings work.

I guess I’m lucky that never has happened. I, unfortunately, have had a phone or two go in water back in the day and it worked every time to fix mine. Thankfully, I haven’t had it happen recently.
