Check USB or iPod device in Nissan

My car was working with the USB connected to my iPhone 13 pro max after using it for 3 years, now it doesn’t work. The radio re-started 3 times and it stopped working. Another USB wire was checked but same issue. iPhone is now updated with the latest software. Tried to connect with another iPhone but same issue. Tried to connect with AND device however it works. My device has a company portal profile .. removed to try without it but the issue still exists.

Music not Playing with USB in car anymore Before iOS16.2 whenever I plugged my iphone 13 into my car via USB, the radio would detect the iphone as media and I could play anything on the phone, just using a lightning-usb cable into car's usb port. After the update to iOS16.2, this is not possible anymore. The iphone is recognizes, as it is charging, but the USB data does not work and I cannot hear any music thru it. If i try my husband's iPhone (which is not updates to iOS16.2 yet) the USB works fine and we can hear music through it. I plug my iphone in, it starts to charge, but the radio no longer detects the phone for music. Apple needs to fix this ASAP because for my POV they will not give me another car.

iPod Touch 4th Gen Not Connecting to Windows Laptop I'm having a really strange issue. I have an iPod Touch 4th Gen (iOS 6.1.6) and it has been connecting perfectly with the iTunes on my Windows 11 laptop until just a few days ago. Now, when I plug in my iPod into the laptop USB port, it says 'Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)' and doesn't recognize the device. I thought it was an issue with my charger, so I bought a new one and I get the same message. Now, even when I plug just my USB into my laptop (no iPod connected), this error message occurs. I've tried connecting to another Windows laptop and get the same exact message. I believe this is an issue with my iPod, but I am devastated because it had been functioning perfectly with my Windows laptop until just recently. I've tried uninstalling my drivers, my device, restarting both, but absolutely nothing works. Please help or offer any advice!
