Apple ID not showing up in security and sign in options

Upon clicking on sign in and security email address and phone number not showing what’s the problem ?

Setting security for Apple ID When I go into setting for security, where it says my Apple ID it’s blank but it’s saying it’s in there and I’m signed in. But every time I download an app it duplicates and I’ve been having serious issues with losing data and etc?

That is so weird. I tried that and the issue was gone. I hate my phone being that big of a font, so I'm assuming it's a temporary fix?
