Can not access Apple ID with no trusted phone number to verify

Just transferred all my iPhone data from the last one. Most apps are installed however some apps require me to login Apple ID which doesn’t seems to be the same ID as the one I use as my main ID.

After failed to login secondary ID the page redirects me to a loop of “enter trusted phone number” which I have NO access to anymore and the current ID and phone number doesn’t seem to be the same as the given 2 characters hint.

I read all the articles and using help a friend will similarly direct me to the enter trusted phone number once again. So my question is how can I download apps when ID used for the phone and for app downloads are not the same. And I cannot access my other ID which is blocking the download with inaccessible “trusted phone number” recovery method.

Is the secondary id an Apple ID of yours? Then you can enroll in account recovery to regain access to that account. How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support

If the Apple ID is not yours, have you bought the iPhone second hand? Maybe it is activation locked to the original owner and then there is nothing you can do about that
