I was locked out of my Apple ID

the scammer forced me to log into his apple id. he changed the password and turned on the lost mode of the iPhone. Demands money for password.how to unlock my iPhone?

yeah, that's what I've read the first time. Your device is now activation locked to the Apple ID of the scammer. That's why you cannot login with your own Apple ID anymore. Thus, you will have to start an activation lock support request at apple. That is the only way to get the lock that the scammer placed of your phone. In order to do that, you will have valid proof of purchase information (which you have, luckily) The police report can also help in this process, with that you can proof that the Apple ID that is currently on your phone, is the one from a scammer. thanks, but that's a different situation. i remember my apple id and password. But my device now has someone else's apple id, so I can't log out of this apple id in order to log in to my own apple id. At the same time, I have all the proof that I bought the iPhone, I have the receipts and the box. Where can I go to get the scammer off my phone?
