Settings>Accessibility>Display & Text Size>Bold Text = ON.

When done, restart your iPhone and test it.

Dark mode text unreadable. iOS 16.4.1, Dark mode. After updating iOS version text in grouped apps is unreadable since it's the same color as the background. I can only read my app names if the are on the home screen directly. Workarounds: light mode only or dark mode with reduce transparency Things that don't work: reboot or color filters. Smart invert kinda works but the text is very close to the background color.
