Deleted eSIM

Hello, My iPhone 12 had an eSIM and I accidentally deleted it. I was supposed to delete the travel. which was the problem. I tapped “Travel” then it quickly swapped places. I didn’t notice it until I saw which one i deleted. Now I can’t recieve messages and facetime calls. And my celluar data doesn’t work how it’s supposed to. Can you help me understand what happened?

Deleted eSIM and now my phone isnt working I had an eSIM on my phone for a 10 day trip and deleted it yesterday. It’s still technically active but I no longer needed it so I deleted it. However, now my imessages are only sending and receiving from my Apple ID, and I cannot send text messages. I’m connected to my carrier but even if I look under ‘phone’ or ‘messages’ in settings, it doesn’t list my phone number. I’ve done a full factory reset of my phone, contacted my carrier and they haven’t said anything looks wrong, HELP.

I synched my new iPhone pro 15 max and it is working. I can’t make calls on my old iPhone pro 12, but i still see emails, apps, and can still get text messages. How do I wipe this clean (erase all data) so i can send it in for my trade in? How to erase data off iPhone pro 12 that I need to send in for trade in. I synched my new iPhone pro 15 and need to mail in my old phone for trade in. I can’t make calls on the 12 but the data, apps, emails are still on there.

You have to contact your eSIM cellular provider about that. They should be able to help you.
