Can I somehow find my iPhone through “find my”app if I never opened it and never allowed it to use my geolocation?

So my sister was on a party recently and she connected her iPhone to a charger and went to sleep and couldn’t find it in the morning. The problem however is that she never used the “find my” and thus, never allowed for app to use phones geolocation and when she tries to use the “find my” at just tells that geolocation is not found. Is there any way we can get phones location? I will also send you the screen af what app tells me. It’s in Ukrainian so might want to use translator
