Settings > Screen Time, and scroll to the bottom of that page and tap "Turn Off Screen Time"

If the restrictions on your phone are ones that your parents set, you may need to ask them to lift or relax the restrictions - and hope they’ll agree.

• Are you a part of a Family Sharing plan?

Just saying you have tried everything will not provide enough information to help resolve the issue. You need to provide specific steps and screenshots of anything that does not work would be helpful.

Are you the one who set the restrictions – or was it a parent or guardian? If a parent sets restrictions, often the restrictions are passcode-locked, and the point is for the child or teenager not to be able to turn them off.

If you are the one who set the restrictions, please see Mac Jim ID's replies, and provide information that might help others to figure out what's going on.

Until you're an adult, you have to do what your parents tell you to do. Work on proving to them that you're responsible. Show them you've done all your homework and your chores and ask if you can play games for a limited time. Go from there.
