Can anyone tell me how to re-enter and turn off restrictions to my iPhone X XR I accidentally did this. Do not know how I did it.

My 10 XR phone has restrictions turned on. I do not know how they were turned on. How do I access to turn them off? They will not allow me to download my apps or go into my Safari.
