How can I remove unknown management restrictions on my iPhone 16 Pro Max?

My iPhone 16 Pro Max seems to be managed, though done without my knowledge or permission & it's a personal device. Some setting have been locked & pop ups saying I can't use an app. There is no profile or statement proclaiming it's managed. What can I do?!

Turn of Screen Time at Settings > Screen Time and scroll to the bottom to Turn Off Screen Time. If there is a Screen Time Passcode set, then you will need to provide that in order to turn it off. If you are on a Family Plan, you would also have the settings provided by the Organizer.

Also, post a screen shot of what you are seeing, although what you described is done with Screen Time Restrictions, either on your device or through an Organizer.
