Need to clear old phone number from system .

Can’t get mail as the system wants to send me a code but the system has an old phone number.

iPhone 13, iOS 16

Can't remember phone number when resetting I tried to reset my appld id password in every way, but they all required my old phone number which I no longer remember. However, I can still access the email so is it possible to send code verification through email? I tried to find a way to recovery my account through email but it's none.
