if i update my iphone and restore it and it still doesnt work, what do i do

i hooked my iphone to my windows computer and updated and restored it but when it was finished it still showed the computer logo on my screen with the arrow, and when i took it home it just kept flashing the apple logo and turning back off over and over

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 16

Your best option may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it. If that is not possible, then use the online Apple Support option. Either way:

They have advanced diagnostics they can run to determine if it is a software or hardware problem.
