Are you on family sharing and is she the family organizer? If not, see this on how to update your payment info

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Payment & Shipping. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
  4. Tap Add Payment Method, enter the new payment method, then tap Done.
  5. Tap Edit.
  6. Tap the red delete button next to the old payment method, then tap Delete.

Hi May,

If you are either a Family Organiser, or not in a Family Sharing group at all, I think you should be able to remove your sister’s payment info from your iCloud settings. To change or delete payment info linked to your iCloud account, go to Settings, iCloud, then tap Payment and Shipping. Log in with your Apple ID Password if you can remember it, then swipe away the old information to the left, or tap Edit and then press Delete next to the old information. You’ll then be able to add your own information if you want to.

If these details are in Wallet, they can be removed from there if you have access to the phone. Go to Wallet, chose what you want to delete, tap the ••• icon in the right top corner, press Details, then scroll down all the way until you see Remove. Press that, then press Remove again on the prompt that appears. These details should now be removed from your Wallet.

Hope this helps! :)
