I've tried on every size of ear tip for the Airpod Pros and have gone down to the xs size, it finally fit my right ear but it still doesn't fit my left ear. Is there anything I can do, I can't benefit from the noise cancellation feature because the tips don't fit.

If none of the Apple-provided ear tips will work for you, your next option would be to try other third-party replacement ear tips. A quick Internet search should result in numerous results for such ear tips.
Only you can try these out, to see if any work for you. One suggestion is to verify the vendor's return policy before purchasing any.
