Sync Fitness Videos on Iphone using Itunes

Trying to sync downloaded videos from a 3rd party (I paid for and have full access to) and get the following error:

Itunes cannot sync movies or TV shows to the Iphone because the TV app or Videos app is not installed.

Ive been able to add the music successfully, but not the instructional video

How can I watch a downloaded movie from Itunes in airplane mode?? I have an Iphone 11 Pro. I have and purchased movies for an upcoming trip. I hit the download button and now when I go into Itunes then library I can see the movie there. However, to test this I have put the phone in airplane mode. When I do this, I cannot access Itunes to view the movies. Surely once the movies are downloaded to the phone itself there is a way to access and view them without having wifi. What am I doing wrong? Is there another way to select and download movies other than Itunes? I have heard you can also download movies from the Netflix app as well but not sure how to do that or then view the movie once airplane mode is on. Thanks for any help in advance.

Apple music syncing to iPad I have issues with syncing my apple music subscription from my iphone to my ipad. On my ipad it just says “an error occured”. I have tried syncing libraries but the ipad settings don’t even show that option. Also I have checked and am signed in with the same apple id. I have also tried deleting the app and turning of the iPad. Nothing has worked so far. Could anyone please help?:)

Itunes sync with Iphone mini 12 I am using an old IOS for the original Itunes. I have iPhone mini 12 and have been synching with my mac for many years so I'm able to update my songs and most important - view play counts. Ever since I opted for 'sync over wifi' a few days ago, I can no longer sync via the lead. I switched of wifi sync and reverted back to lead to fix that as wifi sync did not work. I am using ITunes 12.8.3.1, my mac is macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 I activated an apple music trial recently but am still seeing data beyond that syncing. Not sure if thats an issue. I've had my play counts for 20 years so I'd be so happy if I could get this sorted. If anyone could help i'd be very grateful. Chris PS Photos app still recognises my device.
