How can i change my iCloud password without using my phone number?

i forgot my iCloud password

I'm trying to change it but when I say I forgot my password the iPhone system sends the code to my old phone number that I don’t have it anymore

I have try many way to reset my iCloud password I couldn’t I want to reset my iCloud password but the phone number that I use to creat iCloud with it. I lost the phone number. Is there any other option to reset my iCloud password without using that phone number
