Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed
I am trying to make a purchase using with my iCloud and it kept on saying Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed when i have no problem with my card.

Getting a Purchase to Go Through:
A. Disable a VPN: Are you using a VPN? If so, disable it.
B. Go Here: If your Payment Method is Declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
No Success?...
