Making payments with iCloud not successful

Anytime I try to make purchase using iCloud it says “your purchase could not be completed

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 18

That almost always means there is an issue with your payment method on your Apple Account. You need to contact Apple Support for help with that --> Contact - Official Apple Support
