My iPhone 14Pluse is unlocked from the carrier I did have. I want to change carriers but how do I do that my iPhone 14plus doesn’t have a physical sim it has a eSIM so I can’t very well remove the sim a put a new on in. Can you help me

You actually can erase an eSIM, although normally you wouldn't do this except as directed by a carrier. If a phone was carrier-locked, I assume that erasing the eSIM would not be sufficient to break the carrier lock.

You need to take this up with your Carrier, requiting a new card. They are the one who provide you with the service of configuring your card.
