Payment Options Issues

I'm trying to buy a new apple watch that is worth over £700 with my trade in. However, whenever I try to buy via finance it just tells me that Barclays and Paypal options are unavailable as items in my basket aren't eligible. Does Apple not want money?

Unable to add credit card to Apple Watch Dears, I am unable to add my credit card to Apple Pay on my Apple Watch Series 8 45mm Cellullar ("Could Not Add Card"). Other cards and banks work OK. I have contacted the bank and they are stating I should check with you about "low device score of my Apple Watch". Cannot add Visa debit card to Apple Pay on new phone or watch, older ones are fine Have new phone, latest IOS, loaded with lots of other, working cards. Have one bank that cannot load debit card even though their credit card is loaded. Spoke to Apple, ran diags. They say NPO, Visa, is blocking adding cards because the devices are low reputation from too many attempts and bank needs to reset this. Getting ZERO traction from internationally well known bank in Australia. Same with watch. Works on older phones and even Mac.
