Transfer Keyboard "Knowledge" Settings to new iPhone

I'm coming from an iPhone 11. I now have the 15 PM. I did set it up as a new phone, but still have iCloud enabled.

Now what really bothers me is how the keyboard is all new, too. My keyboard on the 11 was used to my texting style. It did learn which words I frequently use and to not autocorrect me. I used a German keyboard but mostly were writing on English, and it had no problem doing so.

Now, with the 15 PM the keyboard is just a pain to use. I can't write a single English word without being constantly autocorrected into any forms of German words. It simply has no memory of my old phone.

What can I do? How can I transfer the memory of the old iPhone keyboard to the new one?
