No contact with recovery server
I’m trying to reinstall Mac OS but it’s says it’s has not contact with the recovery server I contacted Apple but they could not help me has somebody a solution?

If you are attempting to reinstall macOS "High Sierra" or earlier through macOS Recovery, be advised that method no longer appears to be available. It hasn't worked for months.
Having gotten that piece of bad news out of the way, start from the beginning and describe your Mac's present condition. Does it boot? What model is it? Why do you need to reinstall macOS? Specific information is needed so that we can propose possible alternatives.
Yosemite appears to have worked just a month ago.
I was able to take Yosemite to Sierra. The struggle is High Sierra and Mojave because I don't have the original SSD installed.
