I need to reinstall my macOS high siera but can not contact the recovery server even with internet connected

I do not have an image from which I can do the re-installation and I am unable to reach the recovery server even the iMac connected to the Wifi.

Windows, Windows 10

If you have another Mac that can run High Sierra, you can use the link to the High Sierra installer that is found within this doc: How to download and install macOS - Apple Support

With that you can Create a bootable installer for macOS - Apple Support.
