Popping/Clicking sound on AirPods

I have recently dropped my right AirPod, and I just casually brushed it off. Later that day, I put on my AirPods (3rd Generation) to listen to some music before falling asleep, and I kept hearing that clicking sound. I am surprised because the fall was less than 3 feet. Could anyone please advice me on what to do about this? Any help would be appreciated.
