Easy & Useful Access to Passwords in Systems Settings at any Time
Is there a way to create a key command to open Passwords within the Systems Settings on MacOS 13.x?

Seems like Apple is starting to create a somewhat robust and modern Passwords/2AF solutions built into Mac OS.
I'd love to use it instead of a subscription app like 1Password, but it's next to impossible in the current form.
One major problem is Passwords will never be easy or useful if it's buried in the System Settings and requires multiple steps to retrieve even basic items created there.
Like any basic password manager, I need instant access for more reasons than simply logging to a site. I know Passwords is easily invoked from a login field on a webpage, but that's the barest of basics for a password manager. For example, 1Password automatically is configured to open with a key command and from a persistent menu item plus other ways. It's always available for a variety of reasons beyond just filling in a login form.
As a developer and power user, I don't simply have a few logins to archive. I need access to logins for numerous clients plus secure notes for many purposes. I notice that when selecting the + button, I'm forced to create name and password which is not always needed. So, if I want a secure note, I have to make a fake login too which is dumb.
Additionally, secure notes with basic formatting is very useful for saving all kinds of necessary data like e-mailboxes/settings, drivers license/passport, car plates/VIN info, credit card/bank account vitals, client online vitals, and so much more. Passwords can be a login and miscellaneous bucket too with usefulness for many people with some basic overhaul.
Without that MacOS Passwords is fairly useless compared to the long established, dedicated apps like 1Password that are very robust for many uses. As Passwords is now, I can barely use it because it's so basic as to be useless.
