iphone 14 pro max turning off after ios 17.1 update

My Iphone 14 Pro Max keeps turning off and restarting by itself right after updating to IOS 17.1.

i have also noticed that browsing in safari takes a lot of loading time. (checked my internet and phone data connection but it was not the problem). before updating to IOS 17.1 i didnt have any problems with the safari

anyone know what caused this problem and how to fix it?
