Unassigned files & EtreCheck Report show Performance: Below Average

Hi everyone, I am new to macbook and I found the laptop should not be that slow. I searched on internet and found people using EtreCheck for checking and then the report show the performance is below average. There is unassigned files (edge) and a running app (<defunct>). I dont know what should I do to increase my laptop performance. Attached the report for your reference.

You need to reboot to flush the swap file and return it to 0GB.

You also need to get rid of BitDefender and any other apps that claim to make your Mac faster, better, safer or whatever. None are needed and can often disrupt system operations. Use the developer's instructions to uninstall any of them.

Thanks. I have also re-install the MacOS to ensure everything are clean. Here is the latest report
