I deleted an iCloud account attached to my MacBook..

now it’s back to 2013 settings and won’t let me log into any iCloud account because I didn’t log out of the deleted account before deleting. What do I do? I cannot log into any iCloud account, I cannot create a new one to log into, it’s like it’s locked to my deleted account I can no longer access.
