Has anyone found a solution to this issue? I just purchased a ringtone and it shows in my list of purchased songs, but will not download.
I followed all the steps as listed but the download does not show up.

Wondering if you can just select the ringtone from iPhone's ringtones now it has been purchased:

Could it be available in the "Library" in the Music app. (How to: Search for music on iPhone - Apple Support)
