Someone from China tried to access my phone
I was clocking out of work using the "on the clock" app and nano seconds after I clocked out this popped up. Never been to China, don't want to go.

It means someone in China knows both your Apple ID and password, but cannot actually get into your account because 2FA alerted you to the unknown, and untrusted login.
Don't allow whoever it is access and change your password immediately.
