I'm confused by what you're situation is. What does tred the mobile code mean? And you also forgot the iCloud code? What is happening on your iPhone and what if any error messages do you see on your iPhone screen. Please write what your phone says exactly. And finally, what are you hoping finding your serial number will accomplish for you?
