Mac keyboard issues - not connecting to Bluetooth and Touch ID not working.
Hi, I am having problems with my keyboard. Often, but not every time it wakes from sleeping it won't connect to the Bluetooth, so I have no way of entering my password. I have to physically plug in the keyboard to the Mac to get it to work.
Also, my Apple Touch ID has stopped working. This was before updating to the latest software. In System Settings there's not even an option to add a finger print or to set it up. See image below.
Currently running macOS Sonoma 14.1 and the Mac is less than one year old.
Any help appreciated.
