Macbook Pro getting very hot on keyboard area

"Macbook Pro getting very hot on keyboard area: My Macbook Pro 2018 is getting very hot on keyboard and specifically in the area above numbers-I have no touch bar. It's getting hot at random times. I checked CPU but I'm not sure I understood where the problem is. Could you please help me out?"

C. In a Web Browser, Clear Your Temporary Internet Files:

D. View Login Items:

Go To: System Preferences > Users & Groups > Click your Username > Login Items> Rid of Items that are Not Needed

1. Go To: Finder Menu > Force Quit... > Select an Item that is listed as "Not Responding"
