my macbook pro is getting really hot after only working 2-5 minutes. i remvoed gologin closed chrome all tabs in safari but issue persists. last time it happened , i had a pending update once updated the issue was resolvd but now no pending update. Activity monitor is better after I removed go login and shut down chrome and all safari tabs but it’s still getting hot fan is on high

You’re absolutely right on spot about chrome. I’m gonna get rid of it. I force quit Google crashpad and restarted the laptop it’s good now.

When you sort the Activity Monitor display by % CPU, what is at the top of the list?
Installing Chrome is pervasive. Quitting Chrome does not quit all the processes Google runs in the background (keep in mind that Google's main revenue source is selling personal data).
I'd just dump Chrome unless you absolutely require it.
Be sure you follow the steps in the link above. Just deleting the Chrome app will leave a bunch of Google agents running, and they'll start up automatically after a reboot.
It’s chrome crashed handler at 190
on top second is safari web content. I tried once force quit crashpad but it didn’t
System at 21 % user 23% idle 75% fan is on within 2 minutes after turning on laptop
Update; MacBook Pro is still heating up. Even though activity monitor not showing anything that’s even in double digits of cpu% at the moment. Any idea what can be causing this?
