MacBook Pro m3 getting hot with browsing suddenly , after 12months without issues

Macbook pro m3 after 12 months of use starts to get very hot with tasks which previously were not an issue. Eg. simple internet browsing /youtube (After 20-30min). the laptop starts to get very hot, and it only started recently, like 2 days ago. Why?

I have made a software update to 15.2 somewhere during that time as well, but i am unsure if the heating issues started slightly before it or right after.

The usual cause is a third party app installed that runs on startup and interfering with the OS. You can post the free EtreCheck report using the additional text option when posting. The report contains no personal information and will show what processes are consuming your CPU resources causing the Mac to heat up.
