How do I fix heating issues on MacBook Pro?

Hi, I bought a macbook pro m2 pro 2 months ago and I had problems. When I do light work, such as watching videos, working with text, and the like, the processor heats up by 17-40 degrees Celsius, including when opening some light applications such as telegram. in programs like unity or blender, the temperature rises even more, while there is almost nothing in the work area. I would like to ask - are these normal indicators or not?

Thanks for the answer!

is there some associated issue?

< 62.6 - 104º F >

seems normal enough range, no (?)
