changing my third-party email address which is my apple id to my new cloud domain for a new apple id

so my third party email is tied to my apple id on two devices iphone 8 and ipad pro now that ive created an icloud email domain i want use change my apple id to my new icloud domain on both devices can i please ask the community for best practice step by step tutorial please
