How do I add multiple time zones to my Mac menu bar?

I have the day, date and time (UK) in the top right of the black bar in my Macbook Air (M2, 2022, 13", Ventura).

I would like to add another time zone next to the UK time. Is this possible?

How to set the time zone? I took a trip and the MacBook shows the wrong time. How do I change it? If I click the date-time in upper right corner the widgets come out, it doesn't have time options like it used to. I went to Date and Time preferences but there is no setting for the time zone like it used to have. Even the Closest City menu only shows locations in the wrong time zone. I tried "Automatically" and "using current location" but it doesn't do anything. All I want to do is change my time zone from Pacific to Mountain.

macOS Calendar shows incorrect time after moving Time zone issue? - MacOS Calendar. We moved from California to Tucson, AZ and now my Mac is showing a 1 hour later MST time when something is added to the calendar. (See photo example). I entered 8:51 AM - but also get 9:51 AM MST. The Mac's Preferences/Settings are as follows - (see pic) This may have something to do with Daylight Savings Time - which is NOT used in AZ. I would prefer to just see the local times I enter however - not a different MST variation.

Change time zones manually on Macbook Air - Help! I work online so it's easier for me to stay on my company's country's time zone. I live in a completely different country and when I try to set the time zone manually, I am only able to see time zones for cities in my country. Please help!

Only if you install a third-party app that displays the time in the Menu Bar.
