MacBook Air 13 M1 (Early 2020) turns on but stuck on Apple logo screen

Hello Apple Community, I have an issue with my MacBook Air 13 M1 (Early 2020). Last Saturday I couldn't turn it on. Then yesterday I tried to change charging cable (USB-C to USB-C) and found out that it was broken. After changing it, I brought my laptop back to life - though not completely. It turns on, shows Apple logo screen, fan starts to make noise, but Mac OS doesn't load. Also, I couldn't start it in Safe Mode. When I press power button to start, and continue to hold it, it just turns off after couple of seconds. Any ideas how to start it?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.2

Apple support's online article (link below):

If your Mac starts up to an Apple logo or progress bar - Apple Support

says:

"If your Mac is stuck on this screen or keeps restarting

If the startup process never progresses beyond an Apple logo or progress bar:

  1. Press and hold the power button on your Mac for up to 10 seconds until your Mac turns off.
    • Every Mac has a power button. On laptops that have Touch ID, press and hold Touch ID.
  1. Turn your Mac back on.
  2. If the issue persists, press and hold the power button until your Mac turns off. Then unplug all non-essential accessories from your Mac, including printers, drives and USB hubs. There could be an issue with one or more of those devices or their cables.
  3. Turn your Mac back on.
  4. If the issue persists, press and hold the power button again until your Mac turns off.
  5. Repair your startup disk as described in How to repair a Mac disk with Disk Utility.
  6. If the issue persists, reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery.
