i need to restart my device and reset everything but i cant do it because they are resquesting for restriction passcode and i was not the one that put it there.please how do i get rid of the passcode or how can i remove it

You will have to force the phone into recovery mode and restore ios using your computer.

It's been set in Settings > Screen Time > toggle on Content & Privacy Restrictions. It prevents changing the Restrictions settings (i.e. kids) from accessing the settings. The only option is to reset the iPhone.
